According to the World Health Organization report, 18% of couples in India become victims of
infertility in marriage.
The reasons behind this; Using the rapidly
urbanization, confusion, and the use of pesticides, going to the body of
harmful chemicals, stress, and irregular lifestyles and early marriage are the
most important reasons.
In the medical term, if a couple does not get pregnant after
being in a physical relationship for a year or more without using any type of
contraceptive device, then it is a sign of infertility. According to a 2015 report, 30 million couples with
fertility age in the country suffer from infertility. Women account for 40 to 50 percent of infertility in
women. As we have seen earlier due to the increasing influx of infertility,
there are things that affect urbanization, environmental and lifestyles.
The cause of infertility in women
The main causes of infertility in Indian women include PCOS,
Ovarian Syndrome, Obesity, Swelling of the uterus, and any type of obstruction
in the Fallopian tubes. In addition, 5% of infertile women are
reported to be victims of TB. Due to TB, the possibility of having a fallopian
tube block and endometrial defects can increase. According to the British
European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology report in Britain, 8% of women suffer from irregular menstrual problems by
working in different shifts, smoking, getting married late, having excessive
workload and being in a stressful state. It is very difficult to condense 5% to 5%. In order to know the true
cause of the increase, women need to have four types of tests. Investigations
on how much hormone levels are, ultrasound investigation of the uterus, ovarian
examination and investigation of the Fellow tube, these four investigations are
important to detect the cause of infertility.
Surgery to Increase Fertility
With the advent of the latest technique, Minimum Invasive
(at least in severe discomfort) surgery has emerged as an important option to
increase fertility. Two types of laposcopy and histroscope are being performed
to eliminate female infertility. Laparoscopy is a micro-binocular laparoscope.
The camera is attached to it. Since it is very microscopic, it is injected into
the womb. It shows the ovarian position, the internal state of the uterus, and
the outside of the fallopian tube. It also occurs if the fallopian tube is
closed.
The reasons for stoppage of the fallopoos are the most
important reasons for any serious disease infections, TB, frequent abortion, or
continuous use of quality options to prevent pregnancy. Not knowing about the
unfocused procedure, the patient gets ready for major surgery. As a result, the
patient has to stay in the hospital longer. There are signs of deflation on his
body. Also, the possibility of any type of infection due to surgery increases.
Laparoscopic surgery allows the patient to adapt to his or
her routine as soon as possible. If a tube made of women is obstructed, it can
be opened in a single sitting. Laparoscopy is used to investigate the causes of
infertility, such as pelvic pain, abdominal pain, fallopian tubes, etc.
